Angela Gracias has over 12 years’ experience in the Group Benefits and Retirement industry. She started her career working for a prominent insurance company as an Account Representative, servicing and managing a large block of group retirement clients.
Angela joined Steve Kidd Employee Benefits Consulting Inc. in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant. She gained valuable experience working alongside the Founder of the organization, and is currently fulfilling the role of Manager of Operations for the company.
In addition to managing the daily operations of the firm, Angela is passionate about assisting clients and providing effective and accurate solutions in a timely manner. She acts as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, and strives to understand the needs of clients. Angela also assists with developing renewal packages, claims experience and rates of return reporting, coordinating market surveys, and resolving various claims and administrative concerns.
When Angela is not at the office, you can find her on the basketball court, Latin dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.
