Steve Kidd Employee Benefits Consulting Inc. is an independent brokerage firm which offers group benefit and retirement consulting services to employers and plan members. 

We foster relationships with a large network of insurance carriers which allows our office to provide tailored plan designs and cost effective solutions to meet the needs of both employers and their employees. 

Our office acts as an intermediary between insurance companies and our clients to develop, implement, and manage group plans, and to negotiate fair and competitive pricing with the carrier. We assist with plan implementation processes, provide extensive financial analysis, and support ongoing administrative functions directly with employers. 

Our goal is to provide advice which is always in the best interest of our clients, and to offer custom and personalized services to ensure that our clients’ benefit and retirement plans suit the needs of their organization.
